6th to 8th April 2012 - Shanty UK Festival, Ellesmere Port - Hosting part of afternoon singaround in Island Warehouse on Saturday 7th April, but will no doubt be contributing to other events that weekend (tba)

5th & 6th May 2012 - BAAFest - Bellingham, Northumberland  - Compering Main-Stage Concerts, also  possible Performance Spot (tbc)

14th & 15th July 2012 - Nature's World Festival, Acklam, Middlesbrough, Cleveland - compering main stage concerts 12 noon - 6 pm both days, also solo song sets (exact times tba).

18th September 2012 - Cross Keys, 400 Handsworth Road, Sheffield S13 9BZ  - full booking, two sets, at Roy Blackman's Poems, Pints & Polyphony club, start 8 pm.

... The above aside, the diary is unusually clear for the immediate future - but please do check back, as there are sure to be some upcoming dates yet to be notified.

 ... supplemented (when circumstances, time and resources permit!) by other folk clubs (/sessions etc.) in the region: Barnsley Folk & Acoustic, Robber's Dog (Sheffield), Drovers (Birstall), Morley, Harrogate (Traveller's Rest), Handsworth (Cross Keys), Flaxton (Thompsons Arms), Wuthering Heights (Stanbury), Wrenthorpe,  Raise The Roof (Sheffield), Rivelin (Sheffield), Wandering Minstrels/Myke Barritt Trust activities (various venues across South Yorkshire), also Wath, Skipton Unplugged, Croppers (Cleckheaton), Wortley (at Stocksbridge), and, further afield, The Brit (Darlington) and The Sun (Stockton).   Additionally at other assorted sessions and singaround-type activities where unaccompanied singing is appreciated, principally in and around the Yorkshire area, when time and weather permit/s.  I would still like to include more venues - please let me know if you can suggest any others where unaccompanied singing is valued!
